Pepe Help is an expense-tracking assistant for contractors: you send receipts and questions by text, email, or web; Pepe files expenses to jobs and categories, tracks budgets, sets reminders you request, and answers about your data. It is bookkeeping assistance, not tax, legal, or accounting advice — confirm tax positions with your tax professional.
One account per person; you're responsible for the accuracy of what you send and for keeping control of your phone number and email.
By providing your number you consent to receive texts as described in the SMS program disclosure (confirmations, requested updates, reminders you set). Frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Opting out stops texts but doesn't close your account.
No unlawful content, no attempting to break or overload the service, no sending other people's private data without their authority.
Yours. You grant us only the license needed to operate the service on it. Export or deletion anytime via {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} (see the Privacy Policy).
The service is in beta and currently free; we'll give clear notice before any paid plan applies to you. Beta features may change or pause.
Service provided "as is"; we work hard on accuracy (including AI-extracted receipt data) but you should review filed data — you're responsible for your books and filings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $100 if greater is required by law).
You can leave anytime (STOP + a deletion request). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
