Your phone number and email; messages you send Pepe; photos of receipts and the data we extract from them (merchant, amount, date); job names and budgets you provide; basic technical logs needed to run the service.
Only to provide the service: filing your expenses, answering your questions, sending the confirmations and reminders you request, and improving reliability. We do not sell your data. We do not use your content for advertising.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We use vetted processors strictly to operate the service: Twilio (text messaging), Google Cloud (hosting and storage), Microsoft (email), Anthropic (AI processing). Each receives only what its function requires.
